Access to the Building

The main entrance provides step-free access, allowing wheelchair users and visitors with mobility needs to enter easily. The riverside beer garden is also accessible and provides additional outdoor seating with level access.

As The Yew Tree is a historic building dating from 1628, some internal areas have traditional layouts and features. However, we have carefully introduced accessibility improvements where possible while preserving the building’s heritage.

Clear information about parking and arrival is provided online so guests can plan their visit in advance.

Accessible Facilities

An accessible toilet is available on site.

Door widths and internal layouts allow comfortable movement through the main public areas, and staff are always available to assist if required.
